I worked a night-shift contract at the local hospital 2 miles from the apartment. For 3 months, I genuinely enjoyed my time. Its a beautiful neighborhood. Several times on my way to and from work, I stopped just down the hill from the house to watch a herd of deer. And then a separate time there were at least 12 turkey gobbling back-and-forth to each other. My dog accidentally got out twice, but came back both times unharmed to my great relief; a testament to a safe neighborhood. Theres plenty of local entertainment and convenience. Altogether, this is the place youre looking for. Very comfortable.

Mike and Joyce were great Hosts. From day one they were helpful and made my dog and I feel very comfortable and right at home. This was a great place for us. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all the amenities that we needed. This was my first traveling contract and I couldnt have been any happier. Day 1 of being there I felt safe and welcomed. It was beyond my expectations. If I get another contract in Nashville, I would 100 percent go back there.

Quiet an very comfortable

Joyce and Mike are amazing Hosts. If I had and questions or issues they were handled ASAP. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet all of the time and great darkness if I needed to sleep in the daytime. Everything I needed was here when i arrived.

I enjoyed my 3 month long stay here. The neighborhood is really safe and has a lot of wildlife. It had everything i needed. Lots of shopping nearby.

Fantastic long term rental experience

We just moved to the Nashville area and were looking for a long term rental while we looked for and bought a house. J and M were friendly and helpful and great overall landlords. The apartment is perfect size for 2 people and very accomodating and convenient for our 2 dogs as well. They even returned our entire security deposit when we moved out which was very unusual in my experience. Overall highly recommended for both the location, hosts and the property.

Great Place

This apartment is perfect. It has everything you need to live comfortably. It is very pet friendly. M and J are great hosts. My dog likes them better than he likes me. Kitchen is fully stocked. It would be great for a night shift person as the windows have shades AND blackout curtains. Its quiet and comfortable. Id stay here again in a heartbeat. I hope my contract extends so I can stay longer.
