Loved our stay at Gloria's place! Great space in a perfect location with good public transportation options. We also had a car and never had a problem with finding street parking on our block or the streets nearby. Gloria and Willie were very helpful, responsive, and accommodating landlords. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Amazing Rental!

An amazing property in an amazing location! Walkable to restaurants, bars, stores, coffee shop, the farmer's market and park. Extremely helpful, caring, and communicative landlords. The property had everything you could need. Easy street parking. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay and would have stayed longer if I could have!

Just like home!

We have really loved living in this apartment and in this neighborhood of Chicago, so much so that we extended our stay. We have felt completely at home as the apartment has all the amenities we could need. We have loved exploring the area and abundant variety of restaurants nearby. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood day and night. We never had difficulty finding parking and the apt is conveniently located near multiple public transportation options. It is steps away from St. Mary's hospital and a short bus or car ride away from the medical district. During the warmer months there is a weekly farmer's market in the park. Our landlords were always very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions we had. They provided everything we could need. I wish we could move here permanently. If we ever come back, I will be looking to see if this apartment is available.
