Convenient Location / Amazing Space / Great Landlady
This is a wonderfully quirky attic apartment. Great place to call home during my assignment. Super clean. The neighborhood is right off campus - easily ride your bike - 5-10 minutes to the hospital. Great restaurants close by - some within walking distance. Google Native Cafe, High on Art and Coffee, Sage Rabbit. Land lady super responsive to any issues - she lives right downstairs but not intrusive. We usually chat by text or when coming / going. Parking space in the driveway. Plenty of street parking available too. I love it here and would definitely return if I come back to Lexington for another assignment.
