Safe neighborhood, close to downtown

I stayed here having to commute to Christus St. Vincent and it was a 10 min. drive to their main campus and a 20 min. drive to their surgery centers. I loved the accessibility to downtown, less than 10 min. away. Groceries were 5 min. away, and having access to the condominium gym and laundry center was very useful. Matt was more than happy to answer any questions in a quick manner throughout my stay and gave helpful pointers. I stayed with my partner that works remotely and the desk was very useful for her. The pull-out couch and electric fireplace made it great for movie nights, and the voice-activated lights made it perfect for coming home when our hands were full of groceries. Would gladly stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet, everyone was respectful of each other's spaces, and the drive up the hill made for beautiful sunsets and sunrises every time with the mountains and trees right in front of the home.
