Great stay!

I stayed here for 3 months while on contract and loved it! I never had any issues. Amazing hosts, very clean, well stocked, and in a good area. Definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable basement apartment

This beautiful basement apartment was my home for 8 months while on contract as a travel nurse at Doernbecher Children's Hospital at OHSU. R & C are great hosts who live upstairs. They are very responsive, while also making sure I had plenty of privacy. The main bedroom & living area are together in one great room. The bed is SUPER comfortable & there is plenty of closet space with hangers. The living area has a comfy reclining loveseat, large roku TV and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked with an apartment sized stove with oven and refrigerator. There is also a Ninja foodi airfryer/toaster oven that I made good use of along with keurig and other small appliances. The second bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and nice sized closet. It was perfect for when I had overnight guests. The bathroom is gorgeous & the shower has amazing water pressure. There is a newer full size washer & dryer and large utility sink. The location is about a 15 min drive to the airport and just minutes away from highway 84. There is a bus stop right across the street which I used often to go back & forth to the airport - just $2.80 one way! The neighborhood is very walkable & is at the base of Rocky Butte where there are great views of the river, Washington & the airport. I very much enjoyed my stay in Portland & this apartment was a huge part of that. I was very comfortable and felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Cozy Apartment with Wonderful Hosts

My son and I have had an amazing experience staying here while doing house repairs and waiting for our house to sell. A cozy and comfortable basement apartment with two beautifully appointed bedrooms and lots of charming details. The kitchen has everything you would need, and the bathroom is nicely updated. It is a dog friendly apartment with access to a fully fenced front yard, which is perfect for my dog. The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to 84 and close to shopping. I can't say enough about how wonderful R and C have been as hosts, from providing such a warm welcome when we moved in, to checking in to see how things are going and if we need anything. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Portland.

R is a very caring host with great communication. This location is close to the airport and 2 miles away from OHSU Adventist Health. I've had a great experience as a travel RN at Adventist Hospital.

Amazing Hosts in a Place that has Everything!

This is a gem, I feel so lucky to have found this place to stay during my 4 month assignment. This apartment is a totally remodeled basement apartment/suite with a bath, 1 back bedroom, main bedroom (2nd bedroom)-living space, dining area, and a patio area. The decoration is warm and bright with comfortable area rugs, comfortable mattresses and foam mats in the kitchen. The details were amazing, things like a sewing kit, comfortable sheets, amazing pots and pans and the like. The location is impossible to beat, very close to I-84 entrance and the Max station. Its in a well kept and quiet neighborhood and comes with 1 driveway spot with unlimited street parking. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit, with a utility sink. The hosts have great communication and were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here, it is was a wonderful home away from home!
