Amazing experience !

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything super easy. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

I am a travel nurse staying in a Quiet, private, beautiful loft studio for one month, February to March 2022, at the end of my travel contract. The house was one of the most excellent, best located for my work, and the value of all the places I have stayed. The place was very clean and modern, had everything I needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites I wanted to see. Also close to a handy small supermarket and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. The owner (J) is polite well respectful, and the Communication was excellent too. Good place for travel healthcare workers

I Have lived here about five months including extending multiple times. This place has suited my needs well. J has been a friendly and attentive landlord. Furniture is nice including comfortable bed, lots of natural light. I have never felt unsafe in this neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. Located less than a mile away from bike path. Washer dryer on site which you share with J but not an issue. Intermittent ant issues butJ has offered to help manage it. Neighbor dogs bark throughout the day and evening. Ongoing construction in the backyard but J is communicative regarding timing of workers coming in and out. Overall would recommend.

Dishonest owner

Dishonest owner, on the entrance there its accumulation of water at all times, the place was dirty I found dirty socks T-shirts the floor, the microwave had food stock on it , stove top was greasy the bathroom was dirty the whole place needed to be cleaned up and let the owner know and I cleaned the place, the owner still charge $95 for cleaning, I had signed a lease for two months I had to leave 5 weeks in, I let the owner know. I wait for a month for my 200 deposit refund. she told me that she was going to charge me $125 for a cleaning fee on top of the 95 she already charge me because the place was not clean as she expected then she tells me that she had rent the place to her friend for a couple of weeks, know she said i was there a day before the contract started so she is going to charge for that. She is a scammer be aware
