Beautiful, convenient and safe

I've been a traveling RN for 5 years and I have stayed in many FF homes, this was in my top 5! The biggest benefit of this rental is J and G, the owners. They are extremely responsive and take everything you say seriously. I will be completely honest with my review but keep in mind I 100% would re-book. Pros - Gated community, feels very safe. - Quiet neighbors and neighborhood - Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom. It matches the vibe of the area. - THE POOL IS IN YOUR YARD. The pool is behind the porch area and it's barely used by anyone else. I almost always had it all to myself - STORAGE is large and spacious It was nice to keep most things organized and out of view. - Kitchen is practical and modern. Cons - THE COUCH please J and G, the futon is not cutting it lol. The cushions move all over the place and it's really difficult to get comfy. I WOULD 100% STAY HERE AGAIN! I loved the hospitality and responsiveness of J and G. Thanks for making me feel safe and taken care of.

Loved this place!

Absolutely loved staying here! The apartment is decorated beautifully, very clean, and has everything you could need. It is in a great area and close to a variety of different restaurants and shopping areas and close to the freeway as well. The place is very quiet and feels so homey! I dont have a single complaint about this place at all and would definitely recommend it to anyone whos moving to Phoenix. The landlords are very responsive, helpful, and kind!

This was a perfect apartment in Phoenix! The complex and neighborhood the apartment is located in felt safe and quiet, the other residents in the complex were nice as well. It was easy to use the on-premise laundry room. The apartment has plenty of storage space, a large closet in the bedroom. The bed has a mattress topper that made it hard to get out of bed in the morning! G and J made sure the space was comfortable and inviting. G and J were very responsive and kind, wonderful hosts. I highly recommend this apartment. I commuted to Sun City from here and it was a breeze

Great condo in a great location close to downtown and everything! J and G were both very helpful throughout my stay. Clean and peaceful stay!

Comfortable Condo Near Downtown

We loved this condo! J and G are very sweet, accommodating, and very quick to respond if anything was needed. The location was amazing - only minutes to downtown, grocery stores, and great restaurants/shopping. The light rail is a walkable distance on a major street. My husband bicycled to work up 12th to John C Lincoln and had no issues. If you rent this apartment be sure to befriend A (the neighbor across the breezeway), he's a very kind man, always with a smile on his face, and has amazing stories on display in his "museum apartment". We hope to return to the area at the end of the year and stay here again!
