Master Bedroom

I highly recommend renting the master bedroom suite. I rented for 3 months, extending to a total of 12 months. The queen-size bed is supportive and comfortable; the master bedroom closet is large, with multiple hanging rods and lots of shelving. The master bathroom shower has excellent hot water and outstanding shower water pressure! The kitchen is clean and has up to date appliances. The house itself is clean and in great condition. The landlord is very accommodating and responds quickly to any question/concern. I would have stayed longer, but I maxed out my travel assignment at University Hospital. UH is an easy 8-9 minute drive via city streets, no highway needed, which is good during inclement weather. I highly recommend nearby restaurants Beet Box, Pasta La Fata, and Ozark Biscuit Company. Seriously, the chicken shawarma wrap at Beet Box is outstanding!

I LOVED this place! What started off as a 3 month lease turned in to 7 (extensions). M was very accommodating and helpful in every way possible. He makes sure that you're comfortable and enjoying your stay. Anything you need he is a text/call away. A nice house in a quiet neighborhood that's about 5-10 minutes from the University Hospital and downtown. Quick and easy access to the main road. Even in between roommates when I was by myself I felt safe. I will definitely come back if I need another extended stay in Columbia.
