Tucked away & perfect for pets

I have 3 dogs and finding places that allow them as well as places with ample space and yard can be a challenge, this standalone ADU was so perfect we stayed 14 months there. It's very spacious, has lots of kitchen room (even without an oven) and has easy private yard access for dogs. It's tucked quietly in the back alley. I worked nightshifts and never had issues with noise. The landlords are great people and easy/quick to communicate with.

Comfy and convenient

The landlords are great and communicate well. The house has ample room and all of the amenities you could want, including a huge kitchen. The front yard was perfect for one medium and one larger size dog. Walking distance to Alling Park is a bonus, and the Wapato dog park is nearby as well. The house is definitely convenient to Tacoma hospitals, and the VA facility at American Lake is 15 to 20 minutes. There is ample street parking, and we never a problem. The house is set off from the street so you can actually sit on the front porch and enjoy a little privacy. If you are new to the area, this would be a great base to scout out fun things or your future home.

Amazing place!

I just finished my assignment at st.joes while staying at this location. This spot has everything you need as a traveler. Very comfortable and great location with close proximity to work , food , parks , etc. the owner is very kind and extremely responsive to anything you may need. I can think of one time I had an issue with my stay and she had it resolved within the hour. I would love to come back to this house if I ever take an assignment in the area again. Great Space

Great space. Clean and updated. Nice yard for my dog to run around. T and H were both very responsive and took care of any issues right away. Location was great and not too far from the hospital I worked at. Definitely great for travel nurses and would stay here again.

Perfect

A cute little single bedroom , perfect for my dog and me. It has everything you need and the property owners are great and helped me with anything I needed right away. The only thing I miss was an actual oven in the kitchen but it was fine and they have a nice air fryer microwave to help. There is a dog park just a mile away. I never felt unsafe. Parking in the back was nice. It has a lot of space too. The bedroom is nice and big and the living room/kitchen area is nice too.

Great experience

Stayed March-June. Hosts were so helpful! We had an issue with the washer. It was immediately replaced. Great location. Just what we needed!
