Hidden Gem for Travelers

This property was amazing! Entirely updated unit, clean, well maintained, weekly trash pickup service, and in a safe area where youll feel at home. No need to second guess the quality of this property. Its a perfect setup for couples, duos, or single travelers. As a property owner, W was a great communicator and sweet person who let me go about my business in peace. I texted her with few questions and concerns and she always replied promptly. I paid my rent and fees over Venmo without issue for either of us. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this property to anyone interested!

Awesome host, amazing property.

Wow where do we start. W was very accommodating of our constantly changing arrival date, she was very flexible and when we arrived she had some welcome packs for us, even some toys for our 5 year old. She did everything humanly possible to ensure we were comfortable. The property was very suspicious, the beds comfortable and everything attached to perfection. The location is very close to the I-85 interstate. It's in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed talking a walk around the neighborhood every now and then. The lawn is huge, although not in the best condition, but they're still working on it, Wanda had people there almost every week to care for the lawn. A couple things to note (there was nothing the host could do about it). FedEx and UPS delivers to the house, but for some reason USPS marks the address as inactive, W tried to fix it, but couldn't at the time. The trash pickup isn't the same day every week, some weeks it's on Wednesday, others Thursday or Friday and it's always at night time (close to midnight at times??). Other than that, we enjoyed it, we wanted to extend but it was already booked up. next time we're in the area and need accomodations, we'll definitely contact them. Once again W, thank you all for being such amazing hosts, you made our experience very enjoyable.
