Neighborhood overview
Older very quite somewhat secluded neighborhood just minutes from town and I 840. We are surrounded by the lake/ river . Really nice area to live.

Excellent place!
I relocated to Nashville for work and, when I first met Eddie, I told him I would only need the apartment for a couple of months—three at the most. That was in August 2025. Before I knew it, I was still there until the end of May 2026! This place truly felt like home. It offers the perfect combination of luxury, privacy, and peace and quiet. Eddie was an exceptional landlord who quickly became a friend, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The property sits on seven beautiful acres where deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors, creating a peaceful country setting while still being convenient to Nashville,Smyrna, Murfreesboro. The apartment has its own private entrance through the garage and is completely separate from the main house, providing plenty of independence and privacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever needed a place in the area. Highly recommended!

Great place!!
My travel assignment was made very comfortable and easy with this apartment. It was very spacious, clean and private. Close to everything. I had a 20 minute drive to the hospital in Murfreesboro. The owners are very nice and welcoming. True southern charm. Thank you for welcoming me in your home during my travels.
