Bedroom w/Private Bathroom (master suite) in Townhouse

This is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2 story townhouse, with a 2 car garage we can share, it’s tight but it works. The guest room is a master suite, so it has a private bathroom.
I live here alone. I work from home m-f. I don’t have kids or animals and I don’t smoke.
