I stayed at this property for about 6 months. Although it is not in a very walkable area, it is a quick drive to stores/grocery stores and easy to hop on the highway to head downtown or to the mountains. The space was very clean and updated and the backyard is very large and open. You can occasionally hear the neighbors upstairs but that can be expected in apartments. Beverly was very quick to respond to texts and I would rent from her again

Home away from home

I had the pleasure of staying here for over a year and absolutely loved it. There's plenty of space to store anything you could need, the couch and bed are both cozy & inviting. You're still a hop on the freeway away from downtown Seattle or Tacoma, but are able to feel like you're not dealing with the same hassle of living directly in the city. Plenty of gyms, grocery stores, and restaurants all close by, and the south center mall is less than 10 minutes. L is so kind and was always so quick to respond with any questions. I was truly sad to move out and would have stayed longer if I could. Would recommend living here to anyone looking for a place that feels like home:)

Seattle Hospitality

Great hospitality and professionalism. Beyond respectful also, responds in a timely manner. The apartment is no more than 10 mins from most shopping areas; takes no time to get to the heart of Seattle. Its clean and overly stocked with basic needs such as toilet paper, cleaning products. Etc. Only gave 4 starts because, you can occasionally hear the neighbors but, thats expected in apartments. Other than that this place will meet most of your needs. The owner does an amazing job of making you feel at home

Beautifully decorated and charming

I had the pleasure of staying at this location for 3 months and would happily of stayed longer if I could. Beautifully decorated and inviting. L was very prompt with responding to any question and even helped providing some local recommendations of places to eat as I was new to the area. Very convenient location. Bus stop located right around the corner from the complex (<5mins) with plenty of stops. With a car, easy access to downtown and West Seattle/Alki beach (<20 mins), Seatac airport and downtown Burien (<10mins). Being close to the airport you do have some air traffic, but not enough to disturb my sleep or TV watching when the windows are closed. 2nd floor condo with neighbors above who are respectful, quiet, and utypically gone during the day. The bed and couch are beyond comfortable, perfect for lazy days tucked under the blankets. L really did a job of making the place look and feel like "home," doesn't feel like you're staying in a rental property. Awesome find.
