Great area, nice neighborhood
M was always responsive and attentive to concerns and questions. If there was anything that needed to be fixed, she would find a way to help. This property is near everything that you need! Not a big deal, but unexpected side note: if you are the tenants upstairs, you have your own 1/2 bath, but you share the shower. It is separate. The master bedroom has access to the shower through their bathroom but the other tenant would have to walk down the hall to shower.
