A quiet, basement apartment with access to a landscaped garden located off a community greenbelt. The property is located in a covenant controlled community with walking paths for residents. It is centrally located in south Santa Fe, off Camino Carlos Rey.
Space
The apartment has a separate bedroom and bath. The kitchenette is in the living room, with a built-in desk area. We prefer to rent to single individuals. Occasional guests are fine. We do not allow pets because the outdoor space surrounding the apartment is not fenced. My husband and I loved this place during our stay in Santa Fe. The basement is private and in a safe area. We loved the walking trails and had great landlords.

Peaceful place.
I have really enjoyed my time at this property, 6 months total. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's the lower unit of the home and it's surrounded by a lovely garden view. I like watching the birds and rabbits come through in the morning. There are also plenty of walking trails in the area. The owners are fabulous too; very friendly, open, and respectful. I couldn't say enough good things about the experience.
