Perfect little spot

This was a great little apartment to rent. It was in a great neighborhood and walking distance to work. The place was stocked with everything you need to get going. It was decorated so cute. Having the carport was such an advantage. C was amazing. If anything happened, she was on it. She always got back to me right away. I would rent from her again any day.

Wonderful apartment close to hospitals

I stayed in the upstairs apartment from January-the end of May. It is an updated, beautiful apartment in a wonderful area! I couldve walked to the hospital. Its very close to both St. Vs and Billings Clinic. Carol is amazing. One of the best landlords you will ever have. Shes super responsive, detailed, and organized. I cant recommend renting from her enough. Theres a coffee shop a couple of blocks away and a park very close to walk in. 5/5 stars all around. Having covered parking was a must for me surviving winter in Montana, so thats just an added bonus to the house!

Fantastic property!

I was fortunate to locate this house and stay there for 7 months while working in the area. The house is fresh, clean, well lit with a great closed in porch, set in a quiet neighborhood. That, in conjunction with the garage (including a door opener) made my stay in Billings one of the best experiences I've had in my 8 years of traveling for work. C was great to work with, making the moving in as well as out process quick and easy. She was also extremely prompt in replying to any questions or needs I had. I would definitely recommend this property, without any reservation or hesitation! E.S.

A Short Stay Oct. 2022

Your landlord C is the best. She is prompt and attentive. The apartment is perfect. It has everything you need and is close to everything you need. Starbucks, City Brew, Albertson's, Pioneer Park and Downtown Billings, all are just blocks or steps away. You even have Billings Clinic and St. V's at your back door. As well as having Montana State University at your side door. What more could you ask for? The kitchen is well equipped and having a washer and dryer is so convenient. So look no further this little gem is all you need!

Lovely Place

I couldnt have asked for a better place or a better owner. The apartment was really pretty, newly remodeled, everything brand new, excellent location, walking distance from hospitals, and great neighborhood. The owner a very nice lady, easy to communicate with and responsive. I would definitely go back and stay at this property.

Exactly what we wanted!

We absolutely loved C's property. It was clean, well decorated, and perfectly stocked with all of the essentials (and extra stuff too!) The location cannot be beat. I was able to walk to and from work everyday. All of the neighbors surrounding us introduced themselves and were very friendly. C was flexible and easy to communicate with. I have no complaints. We would stay here again if we ended back up in MT!
