Lovely Modesto Studio

I enjoyed my stay here in Modesto. The homeowners were kind, respectful and considerate. The bed is very comfortable. The unit has loads of natural light and lots of closet space. The location was great. Would recommend this for a short or long term visit.

Great stay in Modesto, CA.

S and S were great hosts during my contracts in Modesto and gave great recommendations during my stay. The unit itself is great and everything works. There's a private entrance that gives you access to your own unit. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Most importantly, the location is very close to the hospitals so you do not have to worry too much about commute. -DN.

Beyond Wonderful

I had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of closet space. Great natural lighting. And a big bathroom. I have nothing but positive things to say. The owners were beyond friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to explore and things to do. Would have stayed here longer if I could have.
