Disappointing Landlord

I do want to say the house was nicely set up with great decor & bedroom/bathroom & kitchen necessities. However, interacting with the landlord has completely deterred me from this rental enough to give it just one star. First issue, she renews the lock to the front door every month after you pay rent but she forgets & found myself locked out of the house multiple times & she was difficult to contact/ did not pick up the first few calls. Second issue, she does not give you first priority for extensions so keep that in mind when booking. The house is also posted on airbnb through an agency she has "no control" over when it gets booked. Third issue, she did not return my full deposit claiming that her cleaning lady had to deep clean the "greasy" kitchen & therefore charged me an extra $75 for that as well as an extra $25 for using the second bedroom! She did refund me the $25 after I disputed. I also sent her a picture of how clean I left the kitchen & asked for proof but no reply.
