Would not recommend

This place had tons of gnats in the kitchen sink drain that I had to get rid of, the shower was filthy ($150 cleaning fee was clearly not used) The landlord Didn't give me a key till about a week into the stay, the washer and dryer units were none operational till about 2 weeks into the stay. Also the last tenants cause damage to the floor and the owner just put a carpet over the damage right in front of me instead of fixing it. Landlord also stated at the beginning before moving in she would keep my deposit if I didn't move in. I was reassigned for work earlier than expected and the landlord kept my deposit anyway.. so the actual price I paid for a one month stay was $1850. Wouldn't recommend.

Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay with Jennifer. She was very responsive to any messages and helpful during my stay. The place was very comfy and had everything I needed! It is a private space attached to her home, and I had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!
