I have been restoring older homes for over 40 years and am proud of how nice this original adobe brick home turned out. It still has its old quality features yet modern amenities. So very quiet and private. Full kitchen, bright and the 50’s cabinets are charming. Sleeping here is great.
Space
Im a woman builder specialising in restorations and Im very proud of how this one turned out. Spacious living area with cathedral ceiling and private yard. The original 1920s Adobe walls make it whisper quiet. Its a joyful atmosphere and a lovely space to live in. My nurses have all loved living here.
Neighborhood overview
Set in the historic South Broadway Neighborhood near the rail yards and downtown with families having lived here for generations. It is a peaceful spot with easy access to everything! The Burque Bakehouse is my favorite walkable destination for world class pastries!!!
