Carlsbad Beach House

First of all, thank you S for making me feel so welcome and invited into your home. Being that it was my first time living in the SD area I can definitely say that staying here was the best decision I made. The house is clean, inviting, and had everything you could possibly need. Dishwasher, dryer/washer, full kitchen, your own room and bathroom, living area with fire place, and a parking spot in the garage if you opt for it. S screens her tenants so I felt very safe living here. It feels too good to be true but this place is perfect for any travelers who need a landing spot. Not to mention the house is close to everything fun including the beach and the downtown Carlsbad area only blocks away. I wish I could have stayed longer! S has become a friend of mine and will consider staying here again in the future, she will make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Clean and Cozy Beach House

10/10, 100% recommend. I wish I could stay here for longer. S is a wonderful landlord and makes living at her home so easy and comfortable. Quiet neighbors, safe neighborhood with great home security measures, blocks from the beach and so close to downtown. Easy access to the train and the highway. Shared living spaces are kept very clean and everything is updated. Having your own bathroom, house washer/dryer is a HUGE plus that most people don't realize is close to impossible for this location and price. Girls are respectful, professional. S treats tenants like family and has become a friend. Consider living here, you won't be disappointed!
