COZY, FURNISHED CONDO. QUIET AND SAFE AREA. WALK TO OHSU, OTHER HOSPITALS. PORTLAND, OR

Great place, walking distance to OHSU and the bus to downtown. Owner was great and responded quickly to any issues.

The complex was on a quiet street near the hospital, walking distance in fact, which was a plus. However, the property owner D was such a kind, genuine person. My husband and I travel with hedgehogs and unfortunately one passed away while we were there and D showed compassion like no other landlord we've ever had. She checked on us and sent a card. Not only was she sweet in that way, but she's an incredibly easy person to have a conversation with, which is always nice to have. She keeps the property clean and as she's mentioned to us, and I'm sure whoever contacts her, she treats it like her own home. She treats you as a person not just a signature for lease. If you're going to be working at OSHU, this is the place to stay during your contract. I cannot think of any more positive ways to describe D and her property so I hope this does some justice.

D provided a clean and beautiful apartment in a nice neighborhood of Portland. Less than a 10 minute walk to OHSU and the arial tram which can get you down to the waterfront. D was quick to act on any problems that arose and was a pleasure to work with. The master bedroom has blackout curtains, the rest of the rooms were light and airy. Equipped with all you need for a great stay plus a storage area that can fit bikes. 3 Washer/dryers located in a shared basement, free to use, the basement is clean and never had to wait for a machine. The apartment is on a hill, so you are just a short walk from great views of Mt. Hood.

This is a great place to stay! Quiet and accessible. Safe and very close to a lot of destinations around downtown portland. Also love that you have a designated parking area. D has been a lovely host and would love to stay at her apt if i get to do another contract there. Very close to OHSU.

We loved this apartment! Cozy, quiet, well kept and very convenient as it is close to so many of the hospitals. Also, close to great nature trails. Lovely and very attentive landlord that addressed issues promptly. Overall, great stay!

I stayed here during an assignment and this place was great! Central location so it's easy to get anywhere you need to go in Portland, but it's also right next to OHSU. Very safe location and it had garage parking so I didn't have to worry about looking for a parking space or clearing any snow during the snowstorm. The property manager is great at replying to needs or concerns. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again if I am ever in the area.
