Great Rental and Location! Amazing Landlord!

This rental is tucked in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes down the road from YRMC West Campus and has everything you need including a washer/dryer and dishwasher! Olivia is fantastic, responsive and very nice! We had an amazing stay and would 100% stay again and recommend!

Best FF rental

I stayed in this property for just under a year, no complaints. Property is very modern in a safe and quiet neighborhood just off of a main road, but you would never know it's so peaceful. Owners are very responsive and very mindful if you are working overnight shifts. This is by far the best property I've rented. 10/10 recommend. Hopefully I'll be able to stay here again if I'm ever back in the area for work.

I've been a medical traveler for 3 years, and this has been our best rental. It is the perfect size for one person or a couple. Everything is new and modern. We haven't had any problems and have been very happy. The owners live next door and are amazing! Couldn't ask for better!

Prescott Gem

Great place to stay in Prescott! We really enjoyed our time here. Home is clean and new. Owners live in adjacent home and are very friendly and responsive. Would love to stay here again!
