Cute property, Working Class Neighborhood, great LL.

This unit was furnished appropriately and clean on our arrival. Good storage space in the main closet. Never had issued with parking spots for our two Cars. It is close to the main road but even sleeping during the day I didn't have problems as long as I used earplugs. It is a working class neighborhood close to a downtown area ( great restaurants) and a college, so people are frequently out walking on the streets at all hours. We never particularly felt unsafe and the unit has lights and cameras outside. Farooq responded quickly to any issue that arose, such as us accidentally tripping a breaker one day and couldn't restore power ourselves. No issues getting Amazon deliveries.
