One of nicest properties I have ever the privilege to have stayed. A solid 5 stars. Great neighborhood, quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants and shopping Ben was awesome and accommodating. If youre looking for a place in the west valley, this place is for you. Perfect Stay

We loved everything about our stay. The house is spacious and felt very homey. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but close to the 10 making it easy to travel all around the metro. B was an excellent host and was more than happy to help if we needed anything. We would love to stay again!

Great Place to Feel at Home

We spent 6 months at this property while on a short-term stay in Goodyear. The home is everything and more than the pictures show. It is bright and clean and all of the furniture and furnishings are new and comfortable. The kitchen has anything you need to cook/serve meals. It quickly became familiar and we felt right at home. Our stay was issue-free in regards to the property. Anytime we needed to speak with the owner, he responded immediately; always. The neighborhood is unbelievably quiet and private. The community has shopping and conveniences within a few blocks. A great choice for a home away from home.
