A local gem

An absolute Laguna Beach treasure, tucked away in a quiet and private location on an amazingly convenient and accessible road. The kitchen has a good sized fridge with a separate top freezer. I was able to cook many delicious meals in the economic kitchen. Jennifer was extremely accommodating about everything we expressed a need for. A lovely, easy-going yet responsive landlord. Private, off-street parking for one car. Excellent ocean view - I have more gorgeous pictures of sunsets than I'll need for my whole life. We love this place.

Great Location

I spent a year here and really enjoyed it. Great views in the heart of Laguna. It's right by a local trolley stop so you can ride all along the PCH during summer. The owners are very kind and accommodating. Recommend this place

She stole my $2600 refundable deposit.

I have taken this situation to small claims court. I would not suggest anyone engage in business with Jennifer. This was my first time searching for an apartment on my own to move alone. I was in search of a new beginning after a death of a loved one. She took my refundable $2600 deposit which she told me to send her before paying for the application fee or signing the lease. I trusted her and respectfully abided by her request. Based on the images and video provided I was interested in the apartment but when I visited I did not want to stay there. I was willing to negotiate on giving her up to $600 for the few hours I visited and for any inconvenience but she declined and refused to give me my refundable deposit despite never signing the contract. When I asked her why she stated we had anoral agreement." She did not take the proper steps to guide me in an orderly fashion. I cannot suggest anyone agree to staying in Jennifers home. She is greedy, entitled, cruel and untrustworthy.

beautiful views

I fell in love with this property for the views from the deck and simply having access to a small quiet backyard. It was cozy and set up for vacation modes. The extra bed in the kitchen area was a nice bonus. The owner was sweet and responsive to any concerns I had! I really enjoyed my stay, and loved the neighborhood and location. The one thing I would have liked was access to a washer/dryer, but I am not sure how that would have worked space-wise, or via the main home level access? There was a laundrymat close by, but it was surprising to me how inconvenient that turned out to be. Still, I would love to stay here again in the future!

My favorite apartment so far, host is very kind and helpful! The place is quiet and located in the best location! Hope to stay again sometime! 5/5!
