Perfect cozy room

I stayed with Martha for several weeks. She was kind, understanding, considerate, and understanding. She was up front and clear about the room and the expectations of her home. The room was cozy and comfortable with refrigerator, TV, internet, and microwave in shared space next to the room. I had no problem staying there and would recommend it. Great place if you just need an affordable room. Thank you Martha

Awful

Due to policies, I cannot put specifics in here about the horrors I experienced renting from Martha. The property is not owned by Martha and there is not permission from the landlord to sublet. The kitchen was off limits, except for the microwave. I was not allowed to leave items in the shared bathroom. I had to move out in the middle of the month as living conditions continued to get worse and I did not feel safe around Martha. Do not rent from here, as this was the worst furnish finder experience I have had.

Great property

M has a beautiful home that is convenient to everything. The quiet neighborhood provides a peaceful place to relax after a long workday. Ms creativity in the kitchen is one less worry for you as she makes nutritional meals and snacks on request. I would recommend her home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
