Sad to Leave

We feel incredibly lucky to have rented from Kathy during our time in San Francisco. From the moment we moved in, it was clear that she genuinely cared about not just the property, but also the well-being of her tenants. The home was immaculate, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, making our stay seamless and comfortable. Communication was always clear and respectful, and Kathy went above and beyond to make us feel at home-whether it was sharing local recommendations, checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, or simply being a warm and welcoming presence. Thank you, Kathy for making our time in SF so memorable!

Peaceful, charming home.

This home is magical. It is comfortable, homey, and spacious. Ks' home is located in a perfect location, near tons of restaurants and bars. Even a few blocks from the golden gate park. Close public transportation as well. If you're looking for a place in the city where there is tons to do but still want that homey feel this is the place! K is wonderful and respectful of your space. I can't recommend this place enough.

Absolutely fabulous!!

This is an amazing place for long-term temp stays! K, the host, is wonderful, kind, and so accommodating and communicative. The place has a very well-maintained kitchen and a modern, nicely designed bathroom. It has a cozy living room and a nice bedroom with a mattress that is very comfortable. The apartment gets good lighting despite typical overcast weather in the Sunset. The unit also has a dedicated washer and dryer and a place to line dry clothing. Finally, K's garden and all the birds it attracts is a delight. If you are looking to work at UCSF and want to live within walking distance (18-20 min walk), this is a great option! You are less than 15 mins to some of the best restaurants in SF, super close to the 43, 44, 6, and 66 bus lines, a 10-12 min walk from a grocery store and N line Muni train, and close to so many fabulous little parks and views of the entire city. If I could stay here longer, I would!
