Sunnyside Studio - Best Location in PDX

Perfect location and comfy home

I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment for a few months, and it was a perfect short term rental! It's bright and sunny, with a really nice kitchen, comfy furniture, great living room, friendly neighbors, and walkable area. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and the blackout curtains were great for sleep. I love the location and how close it is to Mt Tabor and Laurelhurst. It's also very central to everything else in Portland, so makes driving easy. Todd and Lea are great people, and are very kind and friendly. Highly recommend renting from them!

Wonderful Studio

So grateful to Todd and Lela for having me in this wonderful studio. It's the perfect size for one, located in a GREAT walkable area, has plenty of lighting and art, and provides everything one could need :) Plus, Todd and Lela are great, helpful and communicative landlords who care about their place!

Sunnyside Studio

This was the perfect furnished apartment for my year in Portland! The kitchen is spacious and there's lots of natural light and storage space, especially for a studio. The location is also excellent -- it's in a lovely neighborhood that's peaceful but transit connected. Todd and Lea could not have been better hosts! Thank you for a wonderful year!

I loved my stay in this apartment. The landlords are lovely and the apartment is so cute and fully stocked. The home is on a quiet street with easy parking and still in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and a park!

I am so in love with Sunnyside Studio. T and L are amazing hosts who are so kind and welcoming. The house is so cute with a lovely big garden. The location of the studio cannot be better, easy access to everywhere with friendly neighbors and beautiful trees and flowers. The studio had everything I needed, well curated tasteful arts and perfect furnishing. I love the windows and the view outside, spent good time meditating in the space. The kitchen and bathroom are a pleasure to use. No need to have any hesitation considering staying at Sunnyside studio when you need a place in Portland, literally the gem.

Could not have asked for a better studio

Truly - could not have asked for a better studio in Portland for my travel nurse adventures. Plenty of storage space (rare!), the perfect location next to Laurelhurst park, walking distance to bustling streets, easy access to major highways - and the nicest landlords. This studio was an absolute gem, and a huge reason I kept extending my contract. The level of care and love T has put into this space is unmatched. I will miss this perfectly cozy little space.
