Quiet Eastside condo

Close, quiet, responsive, lacking nothing

This home was perfect for me. 5 min from airport, very easy access to highways to get around town. Or a very easy 10min drive/uber downtown. Condo was clean and stocked with everything you need- kitchen equipment, crock pot, coffee maker, etc. Private fenced in back patio with plenty of afternoon sun. Internet was fast and reliable, never went out. AC worked well, and it was comfortable even upstairs in the 100 degree days. Keypad entry so you will never be locked out. Neighbors were never an issue, noise was never an issue. Coffee shop/bar (Ani's) within walking distance. Host was very accommodating and responsive- I left an item and he was thoughtful enough to reach out and offered to send it back to me. He sent me the tracking number the same day. He is very friendly and hospitable. I'd stay again if I could! Your bedroom includes your own full bath, and the bathroom even has a built in Bluetooth speaker and cool night lights. Difference maker.

Nice little condo

This cute condo has everything you need. The bedroom is spacious with an updated bathroom with perfect lighting. My pup and I enjoyed staying at this location, lots of grass area around the complex.The owner P is very responsive and accommodating. Also the neighbors are all nice and welcoming. This condo is close to downtown and lots of restaurants. Great for those who like to walk by lady bird lake, its only 5-8 mins drive away. Would recommend staying here!
