i came to los Angeles to work and was having a hard time finding a place.. Ms. T was definitely a little butterfly that floated into my life..she is such a amazing person and a excellent host.very attentive,considerate ,and polite. the house is well kept, clean ,and decorative.i felt like family and the communication was great.the room is as described.plus she has a extra fridge ..I would definitely come back.

Nice and cozy as stated.

I traveled to Cali for work. I really enjoyed staying with T!! She was so welcoming and upfront and the listing was as stated on FF. I traveled with my pet Noah. We both were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. T is also friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I find that to be a great quality in a host. If Im ever in Cali again, I will definitely be staying with T again. Hands down!!

Place to be !!

Best place Ive everrrr stayed!!!! Nice safe neighborhood and dog friendly. The owner was very nice and understanding. Everything was accessible at any time of the night or day. The room was nice and cozy I felt at home and less of a stranger. She fell in love with my dog (tried to keep him) lol. The separate entrance and doggie door was the best perk for me I really didnt want to leave;( Thanks T.

Contract dispute

I agreed to move into the unit today, intending on renting a room in the home with a private bathroom. But when I arrived, she explained that there is not a private bathroom, it's a shared space. That's a big no thank you for me, so I requested a full refund since it was not the amenity I expected. Prior to arriving, I had paid $1200 by Zelle yesterday: $300 deposit, $200 cleaning fee, and the rest towards the rent. She refused to refund my total amount, plus she insisted that I pay her $60 for a one-day stay of a unit I would not be staying in! She cited a non-refundable deposit policy...for a unit I never wanted! It'd be different if I were being fickle, but I want what I saw on the listing, which is reasonable. I just emailed FF to try to help with dispute resolution. If they can't help, I will sue. There's no reason this person keeps my $260! I'm pretty upset.

Amazing Place.

This was an amazing place to stay. The owner was welcoming, kind, and an overall wonderful person. I felt like family. The room is warm and inviting, it is private even being in the main house. The listing was as described and more. I never felt like I was imposing or in anyone's way. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a room to rent. The location is easily accessible and convenient to a mall with places like Target, Post Office, Starbucks. Walmart grocery, and many other places. It met and exceeded all my expectations.
