Cozy home in a great location!

This place is such a gem. Clean and comfortable in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. Teresa is so nice and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay but she was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is spacious and homey.

Home away from Home !

This 2 unit house was perfect for our time in Boston. We stayed in the upper unit for 11 months, from January through November. It was very close to the hospital (Faulkner Hospital) where my boyfriend took a travel assignment, as well as it having a backyard (since we travel with our doggy).The unit was amazing and very spacious, the view from the top floor deck is nice and can be very relaxing when drinking a cup of coffee . The neighborhood felt completely safe and it was a quiet area. Hyde Park is a quick train or car ride to downtown Boston, the public transit is very close. Everything is close by to the house, we had no trouble finding what we were looking for. T&J were great host, always easy to reach and responded quickly. Their mother was also amazing and helped us out when we locked ourselves out. They made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this place, we enjoyed our time here and our dog love it here as well.

A great spot for the Boston area!

My roommate K & I stayed here while working at Newton Wellesley Hospital. It was a great location for us because we were close enough to the hospital that the traffic wasnt terrible. (We were on nightshift.) The Apt is on the top floor of the 2 story house and it has a lovely view from the porch/deck on that level. The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is comfortable. The rooms all have shades that are room darkening. I wouldnt call them fully black out but I had no problem with light while sleeping during the day. I would definitely stay there again. The landlords were always quick to answer if we had any questions or concerns. :)

Lovely first floor unit close to Longwood Medical Area with a backyard!

My husband and I stayed in the first floor of this duplex in the beginning of this year. I wish we moved in sooner! The owners J&T are wonderful and so accommodating. With 3 bedrooms, they were kind enough to one convert into an office for my WFH husband. We also had our pup with us so having a fenced backyard was a major plus! This rental has everything you need to a fireplace for those cold Boston winters, to a drive way (which is a rare find in Boston). Theres plenty of storage space- can you say walk-in-closet? The neighborhood is cozy, we found ourselves going for many walks around the area. Beds and couches are comfy and the kitchen is super spacious. The bathroom even has a heater for when you jump out of the shower (the best perk!). We really loved staying here! J&T are also super responsive when you have questions. They are awesome. Highly recommend this place!
