Very Good Stay
I absolutely enjoyed my time here. Mr. P was very accommodating to my pup and I. It was the perfect size for us. I loved the neighborhood and felt very safe here. As a previous review stated, the elevator is quite loud, but Mr. P only used it 2-3 times during my 3 month stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm ever out this way again.

Loved Living Here!!
Overall the place is great! The neighbors are super friendly and its perfect if you have a dog. Theres a mini golfing course and the community pool is heated. Also P is wonderfully nice and responsive. Although he lives in the unit above hes not invasive or micromanaging. The only and I mean the only downside is that there is an elevator behind the bedroom wall. And you can really hear it come and go. BUT if you tell P your sleeping schedule. He more than accommodates and just uses the stairs. 10/10 would live here again (:

Cozy Apartment
Great place for 1 traveler. New washer/dryer. Bed is very comfortable. Pool is never crowded.

Pleasant and lovely studio
Great and lovely man, P the owner. It is the perfect spot for one person. It is in a wonderful location situated between Salinas and Monterey. I worked at SVMH and never hit traffic going to work in the am or coming home. P was very responsive and upon moving in there was an issue with the fridge early on, which he took care of immediately and allowed me to use his fridge in the mean time. P truly is very caring and the space is perfect. It does have an electric stove top and he has pots specific for it, a coffee maker that utilizes pods, no oven, but there is a nice air fryer. Definitely recommend this spot.

RUDE & WONT SEND MONEY BACK
P is extremely rude & I sent my deposit and requested it back AFTER finding a better option and he claims he sent it back NEVER DID!!! PLEASEEEEE DO NOT SEND HIM A DEPOSIT THIS MAN IS A SCAM & im reporting him to the authorities as well.
