REMODELED Cozy Cottage in a Park Like Setting Near the Lake

The home was clean and peaceful and I had a wonderful experience living here. The landlords were helpful when needed but respectful of my privacy. They also were flexible and easy to work with. Overall I highly recommend this rental.

Great Location, private,peaceful and safe.

I rented for 3 months and extended because it was such a great location and experience. Walking to the lake nearly every days was a delight, and the neighborhood is beautiful. Lisa and her family were wonderful, quick to address issues and very respectful of my privacy. Since my family lives close by, I plan to rent again in the future.

My stay at this property was so wonderful that I have already booked for two more stays. The owners communicate clearly, are organized, and respond in a very timely manner to communications. The cottage is lovely, clean, and well-furnished. It is obvious that thought went into the furnishing and supplying of this cottage. It was perfect for me, even for an entire month, and two weekend visitors were also accommodated comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk or take a very short drive to Atascadero Lake. I had an excellent experience at this cottage and with the owners, and I am so thankful that I happened to find this gem for my temporary home.
