Home away from home

I stayed here for about 6 months and it was home away from home. Easy location to get to everything and the hospital. Kate and her family are very responsive to your needs. House was very clean when I moved in and I did not have to clean after I got there just to make it where it was livable House was very comfortable in the winter and late summer months! No regrets would stay over and over again

Amazing for long term

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 months while I worked at TOH. Beautiful apartment in an amazing spot. Just a few blocks from everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Satisfied

My experience here has surpassed my expectations! This is a cozy, comfortable, home away from home. Kate and Dave have gone above and beyond to make sure that we have what we need and have checked on us regularly to make sure we were ok (even beyond things related to the unit). They are such kind and caring landlords. If I am ever in the area again Ill definitely be in contact to see if this unit is available. I highly recommend! Lisa

Cozy place!

Pretty cozy place in Fort Wayne. I was there during a very snowy And cold winter. K was quite informative and helpful since Ive Never been in snow before. I loved the privacy and how close I was to everything. Own address and own drive way to park. Well stocked kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies.
