Safe and pretty area in Charlotte
Staying with Brian and Kobe was a pleasure. The house was in a very nice suburban area great for walks and nature Place was clean and well equipped. Though it was shared housing it felt like I had place to myself most of the time I worked night shift and Brian was very respectful of my hours and sleep needs

A perfect stay.
I stayed here for the duration of my 3 month contract. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. My room and adjoining sitting room were extremely comfortable and quiet. The landlord was kind and made me feel completely at home. The house backs up to a beautiful backyard, and miles of running/biking trails are nearby. Also, anything you could possibly need is within a mile or two. Best location ever. I would definitely stay here again if I return to this area.

I had a great experience staying here during my final semester of college. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for studying. My roommate, B, was very accommodating, clean, and easy to get along with. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the property for five months. It was in a safe neighborhood and located it a great area with many things to do. The house is in great condition and all my needs were met. B is an excellent roommate. I really enjoyed my stay at this property.

Great stay
This was really a nice place to stay. I was on the second floor and owner was on the first floor. There was a sitting area that had a microwave and coffee maker, but you were also able to use the kitchen. There are two bedrooms upstairs, but when I was there, I was the only tenant and had a private hallway bathroom. B was always very nice and considerate, trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The house was neat, clean and organized. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Perfect setup!!!
Was exactly what I was looking for. Very conveniently located with everything I needed within a mile or two. B is extremely courteous and thoughtful, as well as a great communicator. Plenty of privacy and space. Would definitely be my first choice if I am ever going to be in Charlotte again.

Great space for travel nurse
This is a one bedroom with a shared bath in a nice neighborhood. The house was always clean. The owner is friendly and makes sure you have what you need. There is a nice greenway paved trail that can be accessed within the neighborhood.

Home away from home
Amazing home and neighborhood. Pretty central to everything you need. Owner was so accommodating, kind, and great at communicating . I definitely felt at home and miss it. Property is great for walks in the backyard. Would definitely recommend!

Very safe neighborhood. Close to everything. B is an excellent roommate. He is very accommodating, kind and respectful. He makes you feel at home. I will definitely stay again if I get another assignment in Charlotte.
