Nice people, house not great

The owners were great to deal with but I will say I wouldnt stay in the house again. The house was clean upon arrival and their communication was great, ensuring I got in alright and letting me know they had left a fan for the bedroom. But that unfortunately couldnt make up for where the home was lacking. I stayed in the area longer, but moved as soon as the month was up. The house is not in a great area despite being told it was. (SWAT kicked in the door of the house two houses down the day after I got there) There is a definite ant and mouse issue. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds Ive ever slept on. For the price, comparatively in the area, the kitchen is severely lacking in being equipped decently. Overall very nice people but the property needs a major overhaul to warrant the monthly asking rate for sure.
