Absolutely Perfect

I stayed in Trent's condo for 6 months, from early August 2025 through early February 2026. Quiet top floor space with fantastic natural light through two large south facing windows (great for houseplants year round). Windows have blackout shades that work perfectly, and screens so they can be opened for enjoying the breeze. Space is stylish and functional with a great kitchen, and plenty of storage. Easy to keep clean. Great location with Trader Joe's, multiple restaurants and bars, and other sights within easy walking distance. Dedicated parking space. Convenient elevator and good security on all access points. Overall a truly fantastic place, and Trent is a great landlord! You won't go wrong with this place! P. S. You also have access to the rooftop at the building across the alley. I enjoyed many great sunset views of the Rockies from there.

Quiet apartment perfect for night shift!

Awesome studio apartment perfect for any solo traveler. The studio was spacious I never felt like it was too small. Bed was comfortable. There were black out currents on all the windows so I was able to get great sleep while working night shift. The building was also very quiet so I didnt have any issues with noise. Top floor so no ones above you. It did get somewhat warm being on the top floor but theres a ceiling fan and a dyson fan that helped with air flow and I believe the air conditioning switches on in May. Washer and dryer on the first floor. Very clean. Every door in the building is secured and requires a key to get into the building. As a solo traveler I never felt unsafe. Assigned Parking spot which is a must in Denver! Walking distance to cool bars and restaurants. Trents place was everything I needed for a 3 month assignment. Trent checked in regularly to make sure everything in the apartment was working well. If I had any issues he always responded that day.
