Great Stay

Quiet, comfortable, and convenient are three ways I would describe my stay here. Nice area in the center of town. Jen is great, she will take care of anything you mig hit need. Highly recommend!

I dont have any complaints about this landlord. J and B are very friendly and responsive. If you have any issues, they take care quickly. If I come back to Springfield, I will test from them again. Thank you making my stay comfortable.

Lovely to rent from. Responds to texts in a timely manner and also look into concerns within 24 hours. I've rented two different properties from Jen, both quiet and fit what I was seeking while on assignment.

Awesome Place

This was quiet and relaxing which was exactly what I needed. Perfect location to the hospital with many food options located close,within walking distance of Boones. Jennifer was quick to respond and readily available. I would recommend this place highly.

Great studio apartment

The landlords are responsive, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was very well decorated and quiet. The bathroom was small but workable. It had great water pressure. They furnished everything you could need. Overall, a great experience and I would stay with them again if I went to Springfield again.

This was a nice comfortable and quite place to stay at. The landlord were great and help with all my needs. I will be stay there again when i return to Springfield.

Best Place in Town

J is a fantastic landlady. Her units are safe, clean, close to hospitals, her unit felt cozy and like home. Communication with her was seamless and she was prompt with replies. J went out of her way to make sure I was safe after I had a terrible experience with another FF Listing. I am a traveling nurse, have travelled a fair bit and can say that J is hands down one of the best landladies I have encountered. I highly recommend using her for finding a home away from home.

Had All That I Needed

The Edwards Street Respite studio apartment had everything I needed for the duration of my contract at Springfield Memorial Hospital. There is an AC unit for the hot summer days and heating that I only had to turn on once when it was starting to get a little nippy during Fall. I really enjoyed watching shows on the HD TV during my free time and being able to step out onto the balcony for some fresh air. Although there is not a washer/dryer in the unit, I had access to one literally steps away at a different house nearby. J and l were responsive to anything that I needed and were very kind! I would stay here again.

Had a great experience staying here over the summer. It's in a great and quiet location in Springfield, and the landlords were easy to communicate with.

Wonderful place to stay

I stayed at this property for three months, and the entire time it was perfect. Staying in the space alone, I always felt safe and comfortable. It was a quiet and clean space and the landlords always respected my crazy nursing schedule. The landlords have phenomenal communication and always kept me in the loop. There is nothing bad to say about this property, and I would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.
