My wife and I decided to move to the city from the northeast with our dog and were so excited when we found this place. Harris was easy to get in contact with, responded within a few hours, and worked with us to arrange our lease. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious with a fenced in turfed backyard perfect for our dog. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from Uptown, 15 minutes from the airport, and close to everything you would need including grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, walking trials, etc. We would have stayed longer if we didnt purchase a home, but it was a great first place for us to experience everything the city has to offer.

Amazing !!!!

This place far exceeded my expectations . The space is beautifully decorated, warm, clean, cozy yet very spacious . It was also very nice that both large bedrooms each has its own en suite. The location also excellent, easy access to multiple freeways yet tucked away where I always felt safe. The community is close to everything I needed, grocery, restaurants etc and very easy to get to Uptown or any location really . I could easily have stayed longer had we not purchased a home: Harris was always communicative and helpful . I HIGHLY recommend this property - you will not be disappointed - 5

Summer Stay

I had a 10 week internship in the city and Harris worked with me to arrange my lease for the correct dates. The house was conveniently located and had a nice yard for my dog to play around in. It was great to walk in to such a well decorated home and not have to worry about buying or moving any furniture. I had no issues with the house and Harris was very responsive any time I had a question. Really positive experience all around.

Great place to stay!

House is very well taken care of and beautifully decorated. The owners live nearby and are there to help with any issues that may come up. The house is in a safe, gated community with plenty of restaurants very close by. Overall, definitely enjoyed my time staying here.

Absolutely perfect

House was absolutely perfect and stocked with everything we could have needed. I rented with another travel nurse and we both agree this is the best property we have stayed at over the course of three years of travel nurse housing. Land lord responsive,friendly, and incredibly helpful. Would highly Reccomend.

Summer Internship

Really enjoyed our stay over the summer. Very convenient location and nice amenities with the clubhouse, pool, gym, etc. H was a fantastic host and super responsive. Would highly recommend renting from H.

Awesome stay!!

The house has all the perks in a lovely neighborhood. Both rooms are nicely furnished with plenty of space, and the attention to detail is superb! pool, and fitness center all included. H was really accommodating and flexible, he was willing to work with our schedule and super responsive to any random and last minute questions we had. Fantastic host and couldnt be happier with the property. If this is open grab it! Centrally located to anything and everywhere in Charlotte! Biggest plus is pet friendly!

Quiet, spacious, comfy

H and B place was spotless, came comfortably furnished, and was located in a quiet neighborhood with a small fenced yard, which was absolutely perfect for my pup. It is well decorated, making it feel more like home while away from my own. I had absolutely zero issues aside from needing to replace a light bulb while I was there - H was kind enough to drop some off, as they live in the neighborhood. They are both so sweet and welcoming! They are very laidback but communicative and responsive.
