Amazing Property
Stayed at this location during my stay in Duluth and what a stunning home. It had everything that you could possibly need. It is fully furnished and the place was very clean and well-maintained. It is in close proximity to everything. Also, it features a quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for parking. The landlord was very accommodating and quick to respond with my questions. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this property to others! If you are looking for a place to stay for an extended period of time, this is the place!

Excellent stay for a semester in graduate school
I stayed at this location for the fall semester as a grad student. The house is in great condition and fit the needs for (3) graduate students. The owner communicated quickly and efficiently, and ensured all of our needs were met throughout the 3 month stay. The neighbors were nice and friendly, all appliances worked as advertised, and there was a plethora of street parking spaces in conjunction with out (1) car driveway to accommodate our 2 vehicles. As a student from California, I was extremely satisfied with this property and would highly recommend it to others.

Great Property
This was a great property. They had all the living needs you could need and were fully furnished with dishware and cooking appliances that many other sites don't offer. This was a clean and well-maintained property, and if I needed to stay in the Duluth area again for an extended period would definitely choose this place.

Beautiful home
This is a beautiful home. Close to downtown and the hospitals. Had everything we needed with great hosts. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Amazing stay
This home was a wonderful place to stay during my time in Duluth. First off, everything was extremely clean and organized. Decor and appliances are updated and in great shape. Location is perfect as it is a 5 min drive to the hospital. The owners are wonderful and responsive to any questions. Id love to list a negative to balance the review but I really dont have any. I would recommend this place to any traveler.
