Amazing place and amazing owner

I cant recommend this place enough! I lived here during my summer internship and it exceeded every expectation. When a major storm hit, we lost power for only one daynearby upscale areas were out for weeks. The location is ideal, just minutes from downtown, and Ubers are always easy to get. The owner is exceptionally supportive and responsive. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and Id happily return.

Awesome find!

As a student in their first rotation it can be scary to find a new place to stay in, especially when you dont know the area. Cherie, however, made the process so easy and simple. Shes quick with responses, very accommodating and overall a great host. Her place is nice, clean and has everything you need including a fridge, a microwave and your own bathroom. The location is great, especially if you want to explore the city, near great places to eat and lots of public transportation around. On days where I dont feel like dealing with parking, I take public transportation and head downtown to one of the many museums without having to deal with the headache of finding parking. Overall I was very pleased with my experience with her and would stay again if ever in town. If youre on the fence about finding a place to stay while in Houston, I cannot recommend Cheries place enough!

Great experience, I definitely recommend staying here

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house is in a quiet, gated community, which made it feel very safe and secure. It's incredibly clean and well-maintained, with biweekly cleaning that keeps everything spotless. The houseguests were respectful, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. My room was spacious with a private bathroom, plus having my own fridge and microwave was a huge bonus. It made it so easy to store drinks and warm up food. The temperature in the house was always comfortable, which I really appreciated. The location was also super convenient. Uber and Lyft were easy to use, and I had no issues with food delivery or grocery services like DoorDash and Instacart. Everything about my stay was hassle-free and comfortable. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and quiet place to stay, I highly recommend this one. I'd definitely stay again!

This place has become more than just a house for me, its become my home!

Im new to Houston and I couldnt have wished for a better first home! The house is beautifully furnished and C has been a great host and has gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, comfortable, and at home here. The apartment is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I would hundred percent recommend going for this property!!

Amazing Place

This is the place to stay at if youre in Houston. Every corner, every nook and cranny of the place was spotless. So many amenities and a very hospitable host. A very comfortable and peaceful spot minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Very appreciative of my stay and will stay here again next time Im in town!

Wonderful accomodations

First and foremost, C is an excellent landlord. She's friendly, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The house is wonderful because a great deal of time has been spent painstakingly putting everything together. It's in a safe area with the wonderful east river development on the horizon. Close to the highway as well. All amenities work well and C quickly addresses any that don't. Totally recommend staying here!
