A super comfy furnished studio in the basement of our home. You will have your own private entrance as well as access to washer and dryer. We are located on a quiet street close to many shops and restaurant on both 5th and 3rd Avenue. Parking on our block is very easy, and we are a 10-12 min walk to the R train. We welcome short term and long term rentals and are open to month to month contracts

Great Stay
Stayed here for about 2 months. You have your own private entrance and It has everything that you need plus access to laundry. Safe neighborhood. Street parking are limited but not impossible. Bunch of restaurants few blocks away. The landlords were nice and responded to any concerns immediately.

Amazing property! Cozy stay! Best landlords!
This is the best place to stay in Bay Ridge Brooklyn! The area is so fun with a bunch of cute locally owned restaurants fun bars and great stores. The landlords are amazing they are super accommodating they had everything I needed and were super friendly. They also have me great recommendations for exploring the area. Their dog Sheba is super friendly and quiet! Parking isnt included but it was so easy finding street parking! Highly recommend staying here! 10/10!!!
