Great stay and great landlord!

I stayed at this property for 13 weeks while on a travel nurse contract. I have nothing but good things to say about this property. It's a nice space and has been kept so well. Everything you can imagine/need is provided, making it a great place for both short and long term stays. The landlord is extremely welcoming and accommodating. The communication between the landlord and tenants was great, she gave prompt responses and was willing to answer any questions. It was a great experience and I'm thankful for my time there.

Im a healthcare traveler tech. I stayed at this house for 3 months. I really enjoyed it. Super clean, and very close to Johns Hopkins hospital. The owner mercy was a fantastic person. She manage the house and she helped me a lot. I recommend this place especially if you work at JHH.

I stayed at this property jan 2024-mar 2024. I loved it. Relatively quiet neighborhood and landlord is absolutely amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Does all the property management herself and if anyone is contracted she comes when they are in the home. The house is more than well stocked with anything you need as a traveler. The house environment was good pretty quiet. Other tenants were very nice and pleasant.

I'm a travel nurse and stayed here this past fall. M is SUCH a wonderful host! I couldn't get over how thoughtful she was with making sure I had absolutely any and everything I needed while traveling. You can tell she's put thought into hosting and is very receptive to new ideas/recommendations to make her guests' stays better. The house is always tidy and you truly feel like you have your own little hideaway with the way she has this room set up. I stayed somewhere else prior to finding her place and I wish I would have found this sooner! Plus, as an added bonus, you can walk to Johns Hopkins Hospital safely and easily. If you don't feel comfortable walking though, Hopkins has a shuttle app you can download as an employee and they will pick you up right in front of the house. You won't regret booking this, and if I ever return to Baltimore I will definitely be staying here again!!

Staying here was a great experience. I was within walking distance of Johns Hopkins, and if I did not want to walk I was within the perimeter of the shuttle distance. I did not bring my car so it was very convenient to be close to the hospital. M is a terrific host, very thoughtful and considerate. The space is perfect to unwind after a day at work, and the rooftop is incredible !!! Within walking distance to Patterson Park and Fells point. I would stay here again if I were to work at Hopkins again. Even though someone else is in the other room each person has their own private space, and bathroom and the rooms are far enough from each other so you can't even hear them. The kitchen is very clean, and the living room and dining table are available for you to use if you like. She has an alarm that sets every night, so you can feel safe. I never had any issues walking by myself, and you see other employees sometimes walking to and from work. I would give her 6 stars if I could!
