great riverside apartment
well decorated. beautiful river overlook. safe quiet location. good neighbors. property managers were very responsive when needed to fix any issues. overall a good experience.

Beautiful apartment
My stay at this place was extremely pleasant. House was clean and had everything I needed to live comfortably. I was also really close to my assignment so commuting to work was simple. Had had easy access to the supermarkets and restaurants. The landlord (J) was exceptional and met with all my needs. Very satisfied!

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!
The property owners and property managers were very unprofessional from the beginning. My family and I were sick the entirety of our stay. We were told it was our fault because our A/C was set too low (in the 60s), or that it was just allergies. However, there are constant reports of flooding in the condos. This is not a coincidence. I believe there is a mold problem. They also claimed we didn't tell them we had kids that were moving in, but the kids were on the lease that they sent us to sign, which leads me to believe that they didn't read their own lease. They allowed us to get out of our lease early due to the sickness. However, they did their walk-through knowing we hadn't completely moved out yet (before our 2-weeks were up). During their walk-through, they threw away one of our kid's toys and took a part of our vacuum we bought, only partially paying us back for it. This is only a couple of the many incidences that took place. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.
