The apartment is very nice and comfortable! The location is very convenient, near all major hospitals . L was very helpful and friendly, handled any issue within a timely manner . Shes a super host!

Safe, quiet place to stay

Clean property. Lawn maintained. Pest control comes regularly to make sure things are good. Good security locks on doors. Good blackout curtains. Motion sensor lights in back. No problems parking on side street. No flooding. Easy drive to Jackson and Baptist South hospitals. Easy drive to Capitol and local attractions like Montgomery Zoo, Legacy museum, Riverfront, etc. Landlord was easy to communicate with. Honest and tries to have any issues addressed asap. I would rent from her again.

This property is a great home away from home. It is very private, in a safe neighborhood, and convenient to anywhere in Montgomery or the surrounding areas. L is an amazing landlord and is attentive to her tenants needs.
