Meticulously clean and quiet

A nice and quiet neighborhood. A lazy river near by that's fun. You have a code to the front door and your bedroom. The kitchen has cookware. Many restaurants and grocery stores with in 3 miles. The neighbors are nice, polite and helpful. The landlord will show you how to stay in shape if you request. I had the best time while working in Kyle. I-35 easy on and close. Beautiful Quiet home near all the essentials

The home itself is in a brand new beautiful planned community called Sun field. The community has a pool, lazy river, and fishing ponds as well as gorgeous paths to walk or go for a run. The owner is wonderfully nice and also a healthcare professional who understands what a busy life can look like. Within 5 min you have access to the main highway that can take you to Austin or down to the smaller southern cities. Also within 5 min you have HEB, Walmart, many many places to eat, and the cute little area of downtown Buda is just down the road. Great area, wonderful landlord, beautiful house, convenient location. I highly recommend this place.
