Completing utter nonsense a very poor landlord

After moving in 2 months into my rental of 7 months the landlord increase my rent by $240 stating that it was high energy consumption on my part, the house was built 1942 original single-pane glass windows with no insulation in the walls. landlord came and had insulation blown in after I was there for 4 months which only goes to prove that the house was energy insufficient to start with not my energy consumption. I'll leave the text message that the landlord left for me talking about he wanted to do a walk through with me I've rented six properties through furnish finders over the last 4 years and I've never had this type of nonsense from a landlord, if you're looking for a headache then rent this property I believe this was a ploy on his behalf just to try to whittle down my security deposit return
