Fantastic property near CDC/Emory!

I am a guest researcher at CDC and needed a place to stay to ease my daily commute from Athens. I stayed at this home for three months, and would absolutely recommend it to others. The home is in a lovely, safe neighborhood and on a quiet street, very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The second floor is very nice, recently renovated and you have your own private bedroom, bathroom, living/sitting room, and kitchenette. It was very comfortable, and I felt at ease there. You wake up in the morning to birds chirping outside, which is lovely. You do share the main entrance of the house, and there isn't a door at the top of the stairs to fully close the second floor to the rest of the house, but privacy was not an issue. The host was very accommodating and gracious, and was very respectful of my personal space and only came upstairs if I needed help with something. I enjoyed and was grateful for my time there, and would absolutely stay again!

I am a Spanish medical doctor who went to Atlanta to do a rotation in Emory University Hospital. I stayed at M's home during 3 and a half months and I totally recommend it. It is a pretty house located in a nice neighborhood 30 minutes walking to Emory University and 10 minutes walking to restaurants and shops in Virginia Highlands. The upstairs floor has been recently renovated and it is really comfortable and cute. It has everything you need, though there are no stoves/oven in the kitchen (it is said in the information M provides). M is a very respectful person and gives you a lot of privacy. At the beginning I was worried about sharing the main entrance of the house and not having a door to entry the upstairs apartment, but it was not a problem at all: you only have to see each other if you want to. He is always approachable and he helped me when I needed something. I really encourage you to rent this one, talk to him if you have further doubts!
