Unique and luxurious 1 Bed/1 Bath in charming Northern Liberties w/ Parking

I moved to Philly for a 1-year fellowship at Penn and was looking for a furnished apartment since I knew my time here would be temporary. Even though the furnishings weren't mine, this apartment truly became a little home sanctuary and I could not have asked for a better place to live for an entire year. I'm in my 30's and wasn't trying to live like a college student, but even my friends and family have all been blown away by how nice and how spacious this place is. The neighborhood and especially the street are fantastic--very safe, tons of young families and dogs. There are only 7 units in the complex and everyone is so friendly--I've become good friends with the next door neighbors. The unit comes with a parking spot which is a huge bonus. Irina is awesome--as others have said, extremely responsive and helpful if anything at all comes up. For all of the reasons I genuinely cannot recommend this place more, especially for extended stays. I'll always remember my year here!

This was an excellent property, which we stayed in for several months. All amenities and appliances worked excellent and included coffee maker and everything you could need. Irina was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. This is also a great area of Philadelphia and close to many great restaurants in Fishtown and Northern Liberties. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a short term, fully furnished rental in the area!

When touring units throughout the city the one thing I continually look for is a sense home. This was the first place I found where I felt at home. Easily accessible to 95 most the hospitals, great food within a few blocks. I could not of asked for more from a location, landlord or home. Do not miss out on this property

I stayed at this property for 3 months during a travel nursing contract in Philadelphia. It is such a beautiful, well maintained space. The bathroom has a double sink which I loved and the bed was so comfortable. Having a washer/dryer and your own parking space is so convenient, especially in Philly! The condo is in a great part of Philly, super close to Fishtown and within walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, and other businesses. I felt totally safe staying there! Irina was amazing to work with-very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

I condo is an absolute gem. It is clean, cozy, functional, safe and conveniently-located. Working with Irina has been a great experience, so much that I extended the length of my initially-intended stay. From the private parking to the gated building in a nice community, I will miss living here. Five out of five stars!
